Recharge your JoiTalk wallet securely via UPI, cards or netbanking (Razorpay) — credited instantly. Every consultant lists their own rate for Chat, Call and Video sessions; it's simply deducted from your wallet when you connect.
You're billed per minute at the consultant's listed rate for the mode you choose (chat, call or video). Billing starts only when the consultant picks up, and you can end the session anytime. Running low mid-conversation? Just recharge — the session extends automatically. You only ever pay for the minutes you use.
Every consultant submits a government ID (Aadhaar), a profile photo, and passes a mandatory introductory call with our team before being listed.
Instantly — tap "Talk Now" on any Available consultant and you are connected in seconds. Prefer a fixed time? Book for later and pick a slot; a Join Call button appears on your dashboard at slot time.
