No. JoiTalk is a peer consultation platform. Our consultants are real people sharing lived experience — not licensed therapists or mental health professionals.
You pay ₹99 via UPI using our QR code on the booking page. Scan the QR, pay the exact amount, and enter your transaction ID to confirm your booking.
Every consultant submits a government ID (Aadhaar), a profile photo, and passes a mandatory introductory call with our team before being listed.
Most users are connected within 2–4 hours after payment verification. We always notify you by email.

Open your payment app → Transactions / History → Last payment → Look for Reference Number, Transaction ID, or UTR number.
